I have the free ver 6 running. I need to turn off all protection otherwise I cannot use the internet - I have tried chrome and explorer. I get error 102 with chrome and runtime error with explorer. Am running windows 7.

I have a problem, my avast virus scan with not start up, and I don’t know how to get it to run…any suggestions?
