Hey,

I was one of the Kickstarter people that supported Jumpshot. I also paid for Jumpshot unlimited. Now that it has been bought out by Avast…What the hell happens to me?

I deserve at least a free copy of some software or something.

If the original developers gave you what they promised you on the kickstarter website, you already have everything you are entitled too.

Actually, I don’t have everything that I was promised.

After they launched their new site they had a $300 or something unlimited session over a period of time.

I only got two months of usage and now jumpshot.com goes to some other site.

I don’t know what they promised after the release, but on the kickstarter site I don’t seen anything about “unlimited sessions”

The kickstart funding ended 2 years ago.

Jumpshot unlimited was $59 for one year of unlimited scans @ 2013.

At most you would be entitled to continue using the 1 year license until expiry date.

Obviously I’m talking to the wrong people. I’ll take it up with someone over in AVAST…Perhaps I’ll talk to a Sales Person, ask for their Manager and then ask for THEIR manager so I can get someone to take me seriously.

We are taking you seriously.
In the image it doesn’t say anywhere what exactly you paid for.
It just says you purchased something nothing more, nothing less.

Besides, the people from/behind Jumpshot sold you something, not avast.
You should ask them.

So far you only claim to have purchased something.
And you demand free things.
Why not show what exactly you have purchased?
