Avast with some problems with Sandboxie

Hello everyone!

I’m currently using AIS and Sandboxie (I know that AIS comes with a sandbox too, but I prefer the Sandboxie).

AIS is working normally, but if I sandbox any program with Sandboxie, some parts o AIS will stop responding (like the store, statistics, Home Security, help page, and the Pay mode from the SafeZone browser doesn’t load).

To fix this problem, Log out and then Log in can fix this problem.

I would like to know if someone else is having the same issue as me. If there is, is there any fix to it?

  • OS…? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP/Build…?)
  • Other security related software installed…?
  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

  • AIS version: 11.1.2245

  • Sandboxie version: 5.06 (64-bits)

  • Windows 10 Education 64-bits

  • Malwarebytes anti-malware (free version, no real-time protection)

  • ESET Online Scanner (it doesn’t provide real-time protection, just an on-demand scanner)

Before using AIS, I was using the Avast! free version. (Yes, I had the same problems).
