Tried time and time again to contact avast after cancelling a product that renewed without even asking me! that i didn’t sign up for! (antivirus)
They take me to a page for aid, i try to use it, i get nothing. I try contact customer support I get the same auto-no reply email again and again that tells me to try a) a phone number which doesn’t exist or b) their customer service chat (also doesn’t exist!)
I seem to not be the only person with this issue. Has anyone had any luck? I cancelled within 30 days and am due a full refund
