Alright, I’m tired. I’m stressed. I’m asking here in hopes I get some sort of response. I’m really sorry if I put this in the wrong topic, can’t figure out the forums.
I got an email notifying me Avast renewed my subscription, despite never consenting to that, charging my account £49.99 (which I can’t afford to lose! I’m a college kid with bills!)
I’ve tried following the instructions on their site to cancel, but every time I log in with my order code through the customer portal and scroll down to “Your Subscriptions” (where it says I should be able to cancel) and there’s… no button for it. Just “please wait while we retrieve your payment information” eternally loading, not going anywhere.
I’ve asked for a refund, but whether or not I’m even able to get that (I hope and pray!) I really, really need this cancelled.
