Avast won't let me send a second pin request

I have Avast anti theft on my old Samsung, and I have bought a new phone, an LG. I took the sim out of the Samsung, and put it in to the LG. Now, whenever I start up the Samsung I get the siren and warning message. i have tried putting back the sim, but it doesn’t stop the alarm. A pin number has been sent, but unfortunately she didn’t get back to me within the 30 minute window. It now won’t let me send a second pin.

What can I do?
