Avast won't load during startup

After surfing through the web for possible solutions, I tried the following:
Repair through Programs and Features
Clean reinstall of Avast using the utility cleaner
Disabled windows defender (I still have malawarebytes installed and running)

Still… nothing.
However I do see that avast behavior shield is running in my background when I go to my task manager… but the avast icon is still not in my taskbar.
Also to note, when I go to my startups in task manager, it says “AvLaunch component” as the only Avast program. When I saw photos of other people having similar issues, it says “Avast Anti-Virus” or something along those lines.

I am running Windows 10 Home.
Help???

AvLaunch component is associated with Avast but also associated with AVG.
Which AV are you running and have you ever installed the other ???

I have the avast free software downloaded. What else should I download?
