Avast wont respond to my refund request

They auto renewed my avast but i can clearly get a cheaper renewal from them :-\

Yes i did submit a ticket the number is #624124. How long do you think it will take?

avast handles tickets within 1-5 business days (depends on how busy it is, if there are holidays etc)

It seems to me you are entitled to a refund.
It can be a full or a partial refund (difference between what you paid and the cheaper option).
It also can be they are offering you something else.
e.g.

Some extra months of the subscription
Free subscription for one of the other paid products
etc.

But the decision is for avast to make.
