Hi, I’ve been trying to update for about 3 days now and keep getting the same message. I’ve pinned 2 images to explain.
Hoping someone has a simple solution/reason for this.

Try a repair of avast. Add Remove programs, select ‘avast! Anti-Virus,’ click the Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair, click next and follow. You may need to reboot after the repair. This has in the past resolved this out of sync issue between reported and actual VPS version.
Thanks. I tried doing a repair, didn’t work. So I disconnected from net, uninstalled Avast and reinstalled it. That resolved the issue, I’m now able to update. Yayyy
Thanks for the advice, I never thought to repair, mainly coz I didn’t know you could. Now I do.
