Avast! zero-day virus capture is poor,Pls make it more powerful.

When i submit few zero-day only 1 days(Max)old and send it to avast! virus lab via virus chest or email to lab.It is never answer me.And took a long time to block those files.Pls make it quick to those threats:(

I am submit samples to avast! support.But they are not taken my submitted files there,They want me to submit files to avast! lab directly via email but i am not going to send email to avast! because i am all ready submitted those file via https://support.avast.com.It is avast! duty to take the files via any thing…!
