Avast4 skin moving off the screen

I am using Avast4 Home 4.0.235 and Active Skin Version 4.2.7.3 on Win98SE. The Avast skin menu has moved up to the top and partially off the screen so that I now cannot see all the options.
How can I move it back to a central part of the screen so that that I can see all of the skin?
