Hi!, when I try to run avastclear in safe mode (with and without administrator privileges) nothing happens, the avastclear does not open. It is normal?? My system is Windows 10 Pro 64 bits with Anniversary Update.

It should run in safe mode.
Delete avastclear, and download/try it again from http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avastclear.exe
