Avast's mail containing data was not received

Hi
I subscribed and payed (Paypal) a 1-year abbonement to AVAST CLANUP PREMIUM. They sent all details and info to an email address that was unfortunately not working at the moment, and I cannot recover the mail. To unsubscribe (I’d like to subscribe then again using a working email address) I need the number of order on that mail I cannot recover!
