AVASTSOFTWAREUPDATER is only windows login

Avastsoftwareupdater is only windows login and is password protected, everything was working fine this morning, now I cant even login.

Tried to do a system recovery and discovered I no longer have administrative privileges.
Called customer support and got no where with them.
It has to be something with avast, all I know is, as soon as i can get access into my laptop i’m removing the program.

What is AvastSoftwareUpdater and why does it need it own account? and what is the password?!

Go to the Control Panel, user accounts and if Avastsoftwareupdater is showing just delete it. That’s how I got rid of it.

Kinda impossible to do since I can’t even log into Windows. The only account showing up when I turn on my laptop is avastsoftwareupdater. If I could log in to Windows avast would begone for good.

I’m surprised that someone from Avast hasn’t advised you what to do.
