Are there any recent unpXXXXX.tmp files (with timestamps corresponding to these crashes) in the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVAST Software\Avast\log
?

You might want to try to add some info using this tool:

For Application crashes:

http://nirsoft.net/utils/app_crash_view.html.

Unfortunately that tool doesn’t support XP:

For now, this utility only works on Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008, simply because the earlier versions of Windows don't save the crash information into .wer files. It's possible that in future versions, I'll also add support for Windows XP/2000/2003 by using Dr. Watson (Drwtsn32.exe) or other debug component that capture the crash information.

Which the OP is using, according to his signature.

So unless the tool has been updated, but the page information hasn’t, it’s a no go.

yes : unp239722422.tmp.mdmp Oggi 14 settembre 2011, 15.27.26 I will send by mail? as a dimension is only 1mb

Could you please upload the file to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming ?
Thanks!

Successful upload !!!

simply make a readme.txt file with the link to this post ( http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=84693.0 ) and any other relevant info, and put the readme.txt file together with the tmp files in one zip, which should have a “unique name”, such as “andreaVr2011SEP14.ZIP”.

Then upload the zip to the ftp (which is write-only, so you won’t see the file in the ftp folder once it was uploaded).

Once you sent the zip file to the ftp, come back here and report the final name of the zip, so igor would 100% know about it.

Today, after 8 days of onset of error AvastSvc.exe reappeared, I enclose below the window of error windows:
