AvastUI.exe- System Error The program can’t start because HTMLayout.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I’ve tried going to programs and features and updating avast I’ve tried repairing it I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it like 5 times and nothing changes I didn’t have any problems tell I updated to windows 8.1 what do I do ?
The real problem is the 8.1 update.
Nothing much you/we can do.
Microsoft has to fix it as explained many times in other threads.
