With the problems that people facing today with avast, whats the average time for support to respond.

If that’s true, it would be horrible, at least for me I hope it will be a little bit sooner than that. I’m leaving for Europe in few day and would love to deal with my issue before that.

The tickets that I have submitted have only taken a couple days.
I would have suggested having this as a follow on from your other topic to give it a bit of a bump (which I have just done). I would also have given the date you submitted the ticket and its ID number.

No in the topic where you mentioned having created a support ticket (in the same way as a bump) as anyone looking at that topic would have all information together.

There is many good things about avast, why you think I have been using it for pretty much almost 15 years and this active support forum is one other benefit.

I got response from Vladimir stating that my license is valid for 3 PC 3 years, yet it shows “valid until year 2022” what’s going on, is the language barrier here.

I don’t think avast repair will change anything because if I look at my license in my account it shows right there valid until year 2022 so they would have to fix that at their end.
It certainly isn’t going to hurt anything and is worth a try.
Its avast internal issue, at their end problem nothing to do with program itself
