Today I cancel my Cleanup subscription after many years, the rerason, double the cost of their promo for non-customers. As part of the cancelation process I was directed to the Chat where “Jayasuria Arasakumar - Avast Customer Care Team” was probably in 57 other chats at the same time. He even encoraged me to try the product listing its benefits… and sent me an email saying he was sorry for losing our connection due to technical difficulties. In fact, I hanged up after telling him about his crappy customer services…
