Hola, me comunico para solicitar ayuda. Mi PC funciona particularmente lenta desde hace unas 2 semanas, particularmente al utilizar Internet. ¿Cómo puedo desinfectarla? MBAM detectó los siguientes problemas:
C:\System Volume Information_restore{AABC6549-0803-4E16-AC18-8A815B96B4EA}\RP444\A0429215.dll (PUP.DownloadnSave) → En cuarentena y eliminado con éxito.
¿Puede ser esta la causa de mi problema?
