ayudaa disorder status

cada momento me esta apareciendo un mensaje de avast donde dice que he entrado a una pagina que por razones de seguridad no voy a dar, el problema es que aparece incluso cuando no tengo el navegador abierto y es muy molesto necesito ayuda para quitar este mensaje.

mirando otros temas me entere de este https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=171265.0 en el cual tratan el mismo o almenos un problema parecido al mio, pero con el mensaje:
This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.
Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.
por lo que me gustaria pedir ayuda para mi computador sin arriesgarme con la solucion que dan en la otra pagina

La ayuda aqui es en ingles. Yo puedo ayudarte con algo que no entiendas de las instrucciones, pero tienes que bajar y ejecutar estos programas ( los encuetras en la guia que pondus dio arriba ); , Malwarebytes’( MBAM ), Farbar Recovery Scan Tool ( FRST ), y sus reportes los guardas y los anexas en tu proxima respuesta ( no copiar/pegar ) .
