Hi,
Download Combofix from either of the links below, and save it to your desktop.
Link 1
Link 2
Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop
IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here
Right-Click and Run as Administrator on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a report for you.
[*]Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt for further review.

I’ve just encountered this article related, see if the removal guide there could help:

I’ll pass, as it appears to be a rough translation to English, not well written, WOT has only a good rating, and the language is typical of scam attachments or rogue sites or programs.
zulu.zscaler gives this htxp://zulu.zscaler.com/submission/show/65c766127c74c92dfa0f45126dee7f74-1336929180 Do not visit above site.
Hopefully the OP will come back soon.
EDIT: Made both http links not clickable.
Both MBAM and Wilder’s Security forums have threads on Anvisoft. Neither have very flattering comments on it. People at Wilder’s think the outfit is associated with IOBits. I guess that alone is enough reason to stay away.
