where did you download the program from?
follow this guide, and attach ( not copy and paste) the logs form malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR

This will need to be removed and remediated as well. If not fixed, internet access will stop for you on July 9th, 2012. Jeffice will take care of this problem for you.

When finished, it will produce a report for you.

I would stay away from this product for now. It’s new and still appears to be a beta version. Does look promising however. Appears MBAM might finally have some competition; more so since this free product includes real time and cloud scanning.
I’ll pass, as it appears to be a rough translation to English, not well written, WOT has only a good rating, and the language is typical of scam attachments or rogue sites or programs.

Both MBAM and Wilder’s Security forums have threads on Anvisoft. Neither have very flattering comments on it. People at Wilder’s think the outfit is associated with IOBits. I guess that alone is enough reason to stay away.
