Hi all,

First and foremost, is there any links to avast mobile back up support ?

I’ve recently lost my mail adresse to log in my avast. Si I’ve changed my main mail and disconnect/connect with the new one.

And the problem is that I’ve also lost all backup made with the previous mail ( thanks avast to say to back up the whle sh*t on G Drive ).

I do need to find these backups as soon as possible. How can I do that when I can’t even see anymore my previous device ? (got it full reset because of some crash).

Any answers ?

Sorry, did not catch the problem. You can easily renew password on my.avast.com.

The problem is that I’ve lost all my backup.

Is there anyway to recover them ? They were deleted with the change of email
