Bad customer service

Ticket: FLT-390-68642 was opened on the 15th of January and still not a reply.

I honestly don’t know why you open a ticket having been using the forums for a while and seen the usual prompt assistance.

I’m not a “too” frequent user of Forum but “enough” and I 1000% agree.
The combo of the help from the advanced posters, Essexboy on viruses, Avast Team from time-time I give this Forum a A++ for effort.

The forum is great as you mentioned! but someone here told me to send a support ticket to customer service to add Pale Moon to the list of supported browsers.

I understand they may be slow but this is unacceptable! 1 week and not a single reply

Palemoon has a very limited user base and is more than likely why it isn’t supported, it will be quite some time yet before it is supported I think.

I didn’t ask that, in fact, Pale Moon has a huge user database the more people are getting to know it.

The concern of this thread is not the fact when it will be supported, but the bad customer service ignoring my ticket for 8 days now
