Bad customer support

I am unsatisfied with Avast and want a refund. I submitted a ticket asking for this but have yet to receive any type of message in return and it’s been close to a week now. What is going on?

Have you reseved support fr.o.m. the avast Phone support?
IF so it. have been reporter in the past that then are not that godo and the best support can you get here on the forum. What problem do you have that made you contact the support fr.o.m. Avast and can we help you fr.o.m. Here?

It can take 10 business days (2 weeks) before a refund will take place.
Even longer if you haven’t provided details like customer/order number.

If you have a problem with avast, feel free (as mikael said) to tell us about it and we will try to help you solve it.

I tried phone support before but they said they don’t deal with customer support? Not sure what to do now

The phone support belongs to a third party, not Avast. If you already submitted a ticket, then you need to wait the 10 business days. However if you have an issue/problem, perhaps we can help you with it here since we are free and here 24/7. Is there something we can help you with? :slight_smile:
