Bad experience

I ordered Avast Cleanup by mistake today and wanted to cancel the purchase immediately. Avast confirmed my purchase by email today. However, my account says that I ordered this software over a month ago - so I can’t cancel the purchase. Has anyone else had this bad experience?

Did you use the 30 trial of Avast Cleanup ?
If so ordinarily you would have given a payment mandate so at the end of the 30 days that would be processed.

I don’t work for Avast, but an Avast user (nor do I use Avast Cleanup) so I can’t answer from personal experience.
That is why I ask questions and in the open forum.

I will only answer through the forums as that may help others with a similar problem and why my details requests ‘No support PMs thanks’.
