My godfather bought online and paid with credit card an Avast Internet
Security licence, but unfortunatelly he typed his mail address badly.
As he gave wrong email address, he did not received the confirmation
and the invoice - but the invoice is important for Him.
Is it possible to change somehow the mail address to the right one and
send the confirmation email and the invoice?
I sent a ticket about this from my profile, but no response since 19 days…
Please mention the ticket number in your next post here as well as the date you submitted it.
Also tell if you have submitted multiple tickets and/or changed a existing one.
Please don’t put any more activity on the ticket as it is likely to have the reverse effect - support tickets are handled in a first in first out - so this activity could push it back.
