Bad service

Yesterday I made contact with avast technical people and after some initial problems he eventually decided to put me on hold while he went away to check something. After some 35 minutes I figured that I had been put in the TOO HARD BASKET. I have now cancelled my subscription and gone to another provider. This after many years with avast and having just paid for an upgrade which I never got.

Unless you like to receive a lot of spam, it is not a smart idea to post your email on a public webboard.

And you did not talked to avast but a third party (call center) that only support a very small amount of things for avast.
I strongly suggest to do what Asyn said and let avast know about it.
If you know it, don’t forget to mention the name of the person you spoke with.
