Bank Mode Disabled in Security & Privacy Center in the Secure Browser

I am uncertain if Bank Mode is actually running properly on my computer. I right click on the Avast icon and then select Run Bank Mode. Next the Avast Secure Browser opens. It indicates in the bottom right corner on the taskbar: “Bank Mode - Your banking transactions are safe” with a green bank card icon next to it. My habit is to, before I do anything, click on Security & Privacy Center to check that the Bank Mode tile there is enabled. Today the Bank Mode tile in Security & Privacy Center is disabled (gray) and has a darker gray bar at the top of it that says “Update Antivirus” and at the bottom “Learn More” which is a link that leads you to the steps for doing a manual update. However everything is up to date and I have manually checked several times and even restarted my computer, but the Bank Mode tile in the Security & Privacy Center remains gray with the message to “Update Antivirus”. I am now uncertain if I can do my banking safely. How do I make sure that Bank Mode is actually running and working properly? (I have an up to date paid for Avast Internet Security license.)

A known glitch that will be fixed with the next update.

Thanx for the reply bob3160. Just to make it clear, is the glitch only the Bank Mode tile being disabled in the Security & Privacy Center, and therefore Bank Mode is actually running and I can go ahead and do my banking securely?

From everything that I can see, once Bank mode is switched on via the system tray icon,
you are using Bank Mode and are isolated. (safe)
