Yesterday morning all was well when I paid my monthly bills. I went back in the afternoon to check my bank balance and banking mode will no longer open. I have tried in every menu choice and it simply won’t open, nor can I open the advanced settings tab. Can this be fixed without losing my passwords?
My bank mode doesn’t work either. When you click on it nothing happens.

thank you for reporting! We made few changes lately, can you please share your Diagnostic information?
- Open the browser and click on the menu icon (3 dots in upright corner)
- Click on “Help and About Avast Secure Browser” and then “About Avast Secure Browser”
- Click on “Diagnostic Information” (this will open a pop-up window)
- Click the “COPY TO CLIPBOARD” button to capture the information and paste it here.
It will help us to investigate the problem.
