After Avast updates its software, on some occasions, Bank Mode disappears as an option on Avast Secure Browser - although it’s still accessible on Avast Premium Security.
On most occasions, once in Bank Mode, you have to press any key 5 to 6 times before it allows you to type.
After the most recent update, it doesn’t matter how many times you depress a key, it won’t allow you to type. That said, clicking buttons/links doesn’t work.
I tried explaining this to Avast Support - but all they did was repeat how I can get into Bank Mode. Going around and around in circles was nauseating and I don’t know why Avast insists on substandard support.
