Re: Avast Premier

Bank Mode has disappeared - as well as the other features/ icons on the SafeZone browser.
Download icon for Youtube not there either.

Any help appreciated.

Hi, please help us to find root cause of this problem

Run command prompt (Start → type “cmd”) and navigate to this folder:

c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\SZBrowser\profile\YOURUSERNAME\Extensions\

Then run this command:
dir /S > c:\test.txt

Please attach the test.txt file here.

Also:

  • are you user with admin rights?
  • What OS do you use? (cmd → winver) mention the version of OS build
  • does it work properly when you launch the browser as administrator? (rightclick on the icon, run as administrator)

I have Windows 10 PC
Changed from Avast free to a paid version …Bank Mode NOT showing/working
Cannot find command promt suggested above.

The Bank Mode works well on my Windows 7 PC

My Bank mode as well is no longer working. It appears to have started after I ran Avast Cleanup Premium.
Running windows 10

Hi

My “SZBrowser” folder no longer exists - is this why bank mode doesnt work anymore?
I bought my new subscription and it did a download of software - which obviously deleted my safe zone!

How do I do my banking safely now?

When is the new safezone due for release? Porr form to just take something away without warning.
