Bank mode unable to load

hi,
after updating avast i am unable to open the bank mode.
the symbol is grey and i am told it was unable to load.
i am running the latest version of avast (with windows 10), so the faq recommendation to update does not help here.
on a second computer (windows 7) i run the latest version as well and bank mode is working proberly.
any ideas what might be the issue here?

I’m having the same problem. My bank said there’s a conflict with Avast so I need to add it to “trusted sites” or disconnect but I can’t figure out how to do either. I have the free version.

in my case it is not about a specific site that is not loading.
the credit card symbol is disabled (grey) so i can not switch to the “banking mode” by clicking on it.
it occured the first time after i updated avast(premium)

today i was checking AVAST settings and then components.
i was unable to scroll down. the bar/screen jumped immediately back to the top.
but there was time enough to see under safezone “uninstall running”.
and in the top i was told i have to restart my computer, what i did.
but it did not change anything.
neither the bank mode working again, nor being now able to scroll down the components, nor the hint “uninstall of safezone running” and i was still told in the top of the component window that i have to restart my computer.

I cannot load the bank mode in AVAST as it states I do not have sufficient privileges (Windows 7), even though I am the only user and administrator of the computer. How can I make this work?

Remove avast completely and install it while being logged in with the real administrator account.
