Bank Mode

When I log in in Bank Mode, my bank’s site puts on a message, “There was a problem with your connection.” This does not happen if I log in using “normal” mode: I have only tried this once, but do not want to make a habit of it!

Why would this problem occur specifically in Bank Mode (when I would have thought that this was what it was intended for) and how can it be resolved?

-do other sites work? try to login to other site
-diagnostic info : secure://settings/diagnosticInfo
-disable shields, try again

Please provide szb.log as well , it can be found under Program Data (c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\szb.log)
