Yesterday I went to Download.com to download Avast free, I was offered Avast pro for $19.95 and 3 extra copies for other computers @ 3.95ea. I accepted the 1 computer price of $19.95 but when the credit card price came up it was $39.95, quite a difference, I am on a very small weekly pension so had to turn it down to my disappointment. I wonder why you would make such an offer then charge the full price?? I downloaded the free copy and I thank you for letting me have a free antivirus, I do appreciate it.
If such a price was shown and you got charged a different one, then some error must have occurred.
