Yes, that is no different for your system is it, being 64bit OS there are currently no behaviour shield rules defined ?
@ Tech
Mine is still working on XP Pro SP3, why it isn’t working on win7 32bit is somewhat strange. Hopefully someone with win7 32bit can contribute to the topic.
Tech, maybe you switched your default browser or something?
The Behav Shield is also sensitive to loading of drivers - maybe you (or some of your apps) stopped loading drivers recently…
Default browser is Firefox since ~4 years…
I’ve installed Chrome, Iron, Comodo browsers once… but Firefox is the default for a long time.
Please, elaborate.
An application that is not loading its own drivers? Do you mean, a crashing application? A problematic one?
I’m having no BSODs or crashes (besides avast sandbox + CTM).
Which drivers must be loaded in order to Behav Shield to work?
Finally checked my other laptop which is running xp and behavior usage shows up in statistic’s on that one but definately nothing is happening on my win 7 laptop. Both are 32 bit and almost running identical programs. Asked a few friend’s to check there’s and they are working on xp vista win 7, all are working bar the windows 7 one’s. Something has definately gone wrong in the last couple of week’s.
I’ve uninstalled Behav Shield and boot.
Install again.
The statistics are crazy… nothing for today or this week, a lot for the month, nothing for the year.
Can anybody from avast team acknowledge that there is a problem in Behav Shield? ???
