Behavior Shield installed itself!

Hi. I just updated to version 7.5.2302 of Avast Free (Win7 64bit).

I did not have Behavior Shield installed. I manually uninstalled it some time ago. After the update, Behavior Shield is once again installed!

Please respect user preferences. Do not re-install components without consent. Why was this done?

Also: in this new release there are these green ‘new’ indicators on the Protection and Privacy tabs. The one on Protection goes away when I click the Ransomware Shield icon, but the one on Privacy does not go away after clicking on the Data Shredder icon (which was already there in previous versions). So that is sloppy too. It isn’t new, but the ‘new’ indicator remains.

Confirmed the “new” on the data shredder".
It should be there as it is not new at all.

Confirmed on both - the Behaviour Shield reinstalled and reactivated itself despite me manually uninstalling it the last time it did that, and the the Data Shredder is presented as new despite the fact that i never installed it in the first place since i’m on Free.
BTW, why is Ransomware Protection presented as new? Wasn’t it part of the Behaviour Shield already?
