Behaviour shield blocks programs from starting

When I enable behaviour shield, after a while, all new processes will fail to start.

Disabling behaviour shield enables them to start again.

This does not affect processes that are already running.

(Also, this CAPTCHA is ludicrously difficult to look at, even for humans.)

Try rebooting the system after disable/re-enable of behaviour shield.

Captcha is only for the first 3 posts, helps to curb human pests - spammers :wink:
