behaviour shield won't turn on

I’ve been having trouble with the behaviour shield, it won’t turn on, has anybody got any ideas

Repair Avast:

  1. Avast GUI → Settings → Troubleshooting
  2. Click on ‘REPAIR APP’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
