best buy email hijacker

I have been getting emails from Best Buy. Best Buy BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com.Not surprising since I ordered something from them online. However, when I click on it in an attempt to delete this email I get a “contacting:\di.rlcdn.com” pop up and my Outlook freezes. I can’t seem to do anything with this email except leave it alone in my mail box. I did get to label one as junk and block sender but it isn’t working. Obviously these emails have something bad in them. So far Microsoft has no suggestions. I thought Avast software would catch email hijackers like a virus. I have malwarebytes premium but it isn’t catching this annoyance either. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Delete the mail through webmail.

I would think that Eddy’s suggestion would work.

I also performed a search and found this.

I hope there is something here that might help.
