I use jv16 Powertools and Regcleaner as registry cleaners.

I’ve used them, so they must be somewhat dummy-proof because my computer’s still running good.
They do make back-ups to the changes you make so hopefully you can undo any problems you may cause.
They’re probably as fool-proof as registry cleaners can be; however it is still “use at your own risk” type of software.

Jv16 powertools is a very good tool, and safe to use in default settings.
Like said before > use common sence when using it ! (register changes)
