beta installer isn't working

I read about the zero-day in Chrome and thought I’d try the Secure Browser beta but the installer isn’t installing it on my Windows 10 laptop. Do I need to uninstall the stable version first?

There isn’t one. I see nothing after I click to Ok the UAC prompt.
