• If there isn’t any other security software installed, remove anti-theft and AMS and install it from scratch.
    I have tried that already. Factory reset and wipe the cache partition. No other AV or firewall activated.

    Already tried to remove Anti Virus “AV” and Anti Theft “AT”. But problem still remain.

  • Visit the site and check if it shows that AMS and anti-theft are installed.
    It can take a bit before everything on the site is updated.
  • Try the locate command and see if it is working
    All commands apart from “Call” are working fine if sent from mobile to mobile. Non of the commands is working if sent portal to mobile (galaxy s6 and s6 edge) unless wifi or 4g is ON.

When i send Call from source phone to target phone then I’m getting a message on avastof the source phone saying that “phone will gona call me now” but i’m not getting any calls. Meanwhile the screen on the target phone is getting black and it is impossible to do anything with the target phone. The only option is to restart the target phone.
AV and AT is set as device administrator on S6 and S6 edge.
