I have a lot of problems when using Chrome. I am running Windows 8.1, and when I run Kasperskys Getsysteminfo-program, it show that there are several problems with Avast, influencing on my Google chrome experience, e.g. not showing pictures on websites, etc. Why is that, and how do I fix it?
I have tried repairing Avast, but it didn´t help.
I hope somebody can help me.

It shows when I click on CTRL-Shift-J, that there are several issues.
Looking at the program, it doesn’t say that it supports windows 8.1 ???
On Softpedia it says it is compatible with all Windows versions. I think I will try and uninstall Avast and then reinstall.
When I click on repair avast, it repairs, but ends up saying “Failed to load language DLL”, something about 1033/UILangRes.dll or something.
Does that mean anything, and could that be part of the problem?

What other security related programs are you using ???
What AV did you use prior to Avast and how was it removed ???
