I am hoping the right person will read this post.
I had signed up for Avast with a 60 day trial. Not only did I never get the paid version, I canceled before the 60 day trial ended. Low and behold there was a 34.99 charge to my paypal this week. I called A vast ’ s customer support, they told me I could not get phone assistance and needed to open a “ticket” online. So I did. I then emailed Avast with my dilemma. I logged on to my avast account and it in fact says I only have the free version. I have since done a bit of research and realized this us a common problem. I want my money back!!! This is my last effort before I file a dispute with PayPal and file a claim with the BBB.
If anyone knows what I need to do, or if an Avast representative reads this please let me know.
