Billed and payment taken through paypal twice

To day I had a nasty surprise as I had a paypal notification that they had paid a sub to Avast Pro again.
I had paid initially to renew my sup on 1st of May 17 at a renewal rate £29.98 Transaction ID 57G10982ST926452T invoice id 24350428862
Todays bill was for £39.99 to digitalRiver Invoice ID: 39428601700

I on have Avast pro on a single machine
However I do find your site and renewal process entirely confusing as it explains almost nothing which at my age (82)I do not find at all helpful.
I have asked PAYPAL for a refund As I have no Idea at all how to Contact any one at Avast to help me.
I also signed up and paid for a password subscription. was this correct as I thought it was part of Avast pro. But again there was no explanation.

Can some one help please.

I do not find that link helpful at all.
I still have no Idea what I should so.
Nothing seems to match my problem.
I need some help here not just more links.

You need to contact avast (create a ticket) and it is mentioned on that site. (What can I do if my order is duplicated?)

Found that and made out a ticket.
I hope they get round to refunding and sorting all this out soon,
as I notice that although I have now been charged twice, my subscription runs out on the 28-5-17
