I have Auto Renew set up on my Laptop. How do I go about finding out and updating Credit Card info?

just realized they took money from an account that they should have no access to and processing payments
i have been a customer for years…i also have hundreds of clients and friends including businesses ?
I expect a refund in my account ASAP!

I am sorry, but Avast doesn’t just take money from credit cards !
If you want a refund, you have to submit a Ticket : https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new

avast can only know your credit card number if you have given it to them and they don’t just take money from it.
If you have auto-renew enabled, they have the right to auto-renew a subscription when the current one is about to expire.
avast sends you 3 emails about a upcoming auto-renewal, giving you enough time to disable the auto-renewal if you wish to do so.
The card that the charge went through on had been replaced since my renewal last year.
i did get warnings months earlier and did disable auto-renew.
FACT: - AVAST had no record of the new Card also auto-renew was disabled.
don’t think they were at fault as there is a 3rd party such as digital river that may have updated info
I removed the paid and downgraded to free when i began getting warnings.
Avast did a quick refund .
They are the BEST Anti-Virus on the market!
I will use a pre-paid card on everything online from here forward.
as i do not want any more surprises.

I have repeatedly cancelled auto billing and deleted the account after only a month of using as it was rubbish,I have entered my log in details only to be told the email does not exist but they mailed me to confirm my unwanted and CANCELLED repeatedly auto billing,it has taken me an hour just to get on here they have £39.99 of my money and I can’t even get a reply from anyone can anyone perhaps an avast employee give me some help?
