Hi. Ive recently payed for a upgrade on advast program doing so by paying on online banking. But i just realized that Ive accidently had the wrong email signed up on advast!. I had been waiting days for an email for for confirm code details and when it never came though i checked what email i had on and it was the wrong one ! Can someone please tell me what to do from here?? ive got the order number and things like that to proved i have payed already. I hope someone here can help me thank you

Firstly as mentioned above in the first reply you have to submit a support ticket in order to process it.
If you are reporting a purchase on April 19 2015, it will certainly not happen in a single day even if you have submitted a support ticket. Previously this was 7 to 10 days, but has been quicker of late.
