Recently starting getting issues where my dcom server process or something of the sort would crash, or sometimes it would say windows plug and play services crash, constantly causing me to restart my computer. after running the scan whenever i start up my computer, whether it is in safe mode or not, it just gives me a black screen with a cursor then restarts itself within 5 minutes, any ideas on how to fix this? currently running on windows 7, 32 bit

Do you have the windows CD or a USB stick that you could use

OK if you have the windows CD we will need to use that in a bit
Download and save to a USB drive Farbar Recovery Scan Tool select 32 or 64bit dependant on your system
Insert the Windows CD into the drive and then reboot
You should see the following on the screen as it boots up
Press any key to boot from CD
Press a key
When you reboot you will see this although yours will say windows 7.
Click repair my computer

Select your operating system

Select Command prompt

Insert the USB with FRST on it
At the command prompt type the following :
notepad and press Enter.
The notepad opens. Under File menu select Open.
Select “Computer” and find your flash drive letter and close the notepad.
In the command window type e:\frst64.exe and press Enter
Note: Replace letter e with the drive letter of your flash drive.
The tool will start to run.
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
