Black Screen after scan

Recently starting getting issues where my dcom server process or something of the sort would crash, or sometimes it would say windows plug and play services crash, constantly causing me to restart my computer. after running the scan whenever i start up my computer, whether it is in safe mode or not, it just gives me a black screen with a cursor then restarts itself within 5 minutes, any ideas on how to fix this? currently running on windows 7, 32 bit
