Black Screen when printing in pdf -- Firefox in Avast Sandbox

Hello,

I am getting this “black screen” when I print in pdf using Avast Sandbox>Firefox 8.0.1. The process will push through but the black screen show around 2-3minutes after-which it will disappear and the printing will continue.

I tried with printing in pdf with FF not sandboxed by Avast. It was okay. Also with OA Premium RunSafer. It’s okay. No black screen.

Used PDFXchange Viewer and Foxit. Same results.

Any ideas?

It looks like FF process was deadlocked for sometime – that’s why it wasn’t repainted (and you see black window + our red border windows). I can try to simulate it here, but if you want to speedup bugfixing - then next time, when you get this black windows, just run Task Manager (right click on Taskbar), go to Process tab, find “firefox.exe” process, right click and select Create Dump File. Then upload this file on our ftp. Thanks.
