Just ran the fixlist and all is now peaceful with the demanding laptop, the alerts have ceased. Thank you so much. 
Prior to running it I had a nosey through frst.txt trying to get a good idea of what might be included in a possible list. Some lines I spotted, others not. I will have to learn a lot more about this program. Would you say that GeeksToGo would be a good place to start?
